Having a bad experience at an office can leave a patient feeling like they haven’t been heard. After sitting down at this patient’s first visit, I came to understand that his trust had been lost at a previous office.

Learning what the patient was concerned about allowed us to develop a plan together to obtain health and esthetic goals.

In three months and 6 visits, he can’t stop smiling because of how easy we made it for him. Sometimes listening to patient’s main concern allows for a bond to develop between 2 people right away!
