ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Our accepted payment options are as follows: most dental plans; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover; debit cards; personal checks; and cash.
As an additional option, we process payments and accept “Pay My Provider” through Care Credit, which allows you to finance your treatment, interest-free.
Financial/Insurance Policy
Payment for services in our office is always accepted with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex. Our office accepts and files all PPO dental insurance plans for our patients.
We are very insurance-friendly and work hard to maximize our patients’ PPO dental insurance benefits. We are not under contract with any insurance companies, as we believe medical decisions should be between patients and their chosen doctor.
At Rosen Dental, we go further to save money for our patients by focusing on preventive care and delivering the highest quality laboratory products and technology in the business. Dr. Rosen and our team will take time with each patient to focus on and discuss the patient’s individual dental priorities and financial needs.
We do not accept or participate in Medicaid or HMO dental plans.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
