The Presence Center for Advanced Care building has its own attached parking garage. Look for AMITA St. Joseph signs directing to the number 4.

The entrance to the garage is off Commonwealth Ave. and is accessible via Surf St or Diversey Pkwy.

After entering the garage, you will receive a ticket which you can validate for $5 before or after your appointment at the lobby front desk on the first floor.
